1. Acceptance of Terms

By donating books, purchasing from us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Book Donations

2.1 Eligibility
We reserve the right to:

Refuse donations that don’t meet our Donation Guidelines (e.g., damaged books).
Recycle unsuitable items responsibly (no obligation to return).

2.2 Drop-off/Pickup

Safety: Donors must ensure books are safely packed (no sharp objects/mold).
Business Donations: Large quantities (>50 books) require 72-hour notice for pickup.

3. Purchases & Sales

3.1 Description of Items

We take as much care as possible to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of books are listed correctly. Please refer to our Book Conditions in FAQs to determine a book's quality.

3.2 Reserving Items

Items cannot be reserved on our online store. If you add a book to your cart, this does not reserve it and it will still be available for other users to purchase. Books will be confirmed once you’ve made payment at checkout. As most items are one-off finds, we recommended checking out as soon as possible to ensure the book is yours.

3.3 Discount and Promo Codes

From time to time, we offer discount or promo codes that can be redeemed online. To use these, simply enter the code at checkout and relevant items will automatically be discounted in accordance with the terms of the offer.

Typically, discount codes are not available in conjunction with other offers. The full terms of each discount code will be provided upon receipt of the code.

3.4 Returns Policy

All our books are recycled and donated, and we do not accept returns. See our full Returns Policy.

3.5 Shipping Policy

All orders are delivered by courier except those dispatched to an Australia Post receptacle: PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, Roadside Delivery, etc.

Our standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $12.00. See our full Shipping Policy.

5. Liability

We’re not liable for:

Inaccurate book descriptions (vintage items may have flaws).
Injuries during self-service drop-offs.

Updates posted here. Continued use = acceptance.
