All our books are recycled and donated, and we do not accept returns. If you have any enquiries or concerns about your order, please contact hello@ecoread.org.

2.1 Cancelling Orders

If you have placed an order that you no longer wish to proceed with, please let us know within 24 hours of ordering at the above email address.

3.1 Description of items

We want to ensure there are no surprises when you receive your books. As all our books are second-hand, the condition of them varies. To make it easier to determine a book's quality, we’ve standardised our condition descriptions. Please refer to our Book Conditions in the FAQ.
