General Shipping Terms

All orders are delivered by courier except those dispatched to an Australia Post receptacle: PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, Roadside Delivery, etc (see below).

Our standard domestic shipping fee is a flat rate of $12.00. Our free freight pricing structure applies to all mainland orders delivered to a residential or business street address, which the courier determines is safe to leave the order.

If the courier deems the delivery address unsafe, meaning there is a realistic possibility of the order being picked up by someone other than the intended recipient, the following will occur:

 AU locations: In most cases a card will be left informing the customer that the order will be taken to the nearest post office, it is then the customers responsibility to collect the parcel.

 

Please note: all unsuccessful deliveries will result in an extra freight charge to Eco Read. To avoid delays and added expense please provide the safest possible delivery address.
